Background:
Green Movement is in! City Square Mall - a City Development Limited (CDL) project prides itself as the first Eco-Mall in Singapore and Asia. Having various environment saving features and a Sunken Plaza with a Solar Panel roof top!
Etha Engineering provides a energry saving Eco Climate Control for this project, it literally taps on the power from the sun to power its cooling system to ventilate and cool the sunken plaza area.
To create public awareness, the owners required a digital signage which show the amount of energy tapped from the sun. And in case the sun energy is not enough, how much electricity from the DB is used.
Using our digital signage software and some web interfacing, we are able to provide an "ECO-INDICATOR" Digital Signage. The information reflected is show in an easy to understand energy flow animation. Showing the current energy used/saved and also the accumulative impact on the environment!
We feel proud that we could also do our bit on the Green Movement.

Cool Stuff, Imagine pouring investments and effort on solar panels at the roof top and no one knows. Having the DS to show these indicators is a clever way of showing and educating the general public. Great Job
